Florida Coastal Cocker Rescue was founded in 2017 in SW Florida by a group of cocker spaniel lovers who saw too many of the breed ending up in shelters with no one advocating specifically for them. We received our 501(c)(3) status that January.
Every dog we take in lives in a real foster home — not a kennel — while we find their perfect match. It's slower than a shelter model, but it means we know exactly who each dog is before they meet their forever family.
We're 100% volunteer-run. Every dollar donated goes directly to vet care, medications, and rescue operations.
